At this year’s Queen City Mods & Rocker’s Rally (QCMAR) we are raffling off a CB750 cafe racer. Nicknamed Project Barbarossa after the legend and local beer brewing heritage. The bike started as a much neglected 1978 CB750 and the various members, volunteers and sponsors are helping to build it back to a cafe style motorcycle with lots of new charm and engineering. Progressive Suspensions is providing the front and rear suspension and Steve’s Garage is donating services and some parts. You can buy raffle tickets, sponsor the bike or just donate to the cause on the Bike Build page here: http://cincinnaticaferacer.com/bike-build/.
The tank is having the knee dents applied and then it will be cleaned, relined and repainted. The seat pan is a unique design that will incorporate the oil tank into the seat cowl. Rear sets, slick paint job, powdercoating and all else being updated… it will be a beautiful bike to behold. Keep watching for further updates.
